STARTERS

* Crab and crayfish cocktail with Marie Rose sauce
* Chicken liver parfait, red onion marmalade, toasted brioche
* Grilled asparagus, served in a puff pastry case, soft poached egg, Hollandaise sauce and buttered baby spinach
* French onion soup, toasted gruyere and brioche crouton

INTERMEDIATE COURSE

* Smoked Scottish salmon mousse, sevruga caviar and a bloody mary sauce

* Roast Lincolnshire turkey breast, bacon rolls, chestnut stuffing & cranberry sauce
