* Sunday to Wednesday's £30.00 per person
* Thursday to Saturday's £35.00 per person

Eastgate Suite - Before 7.00pm
Format of the Evening
From 5.00pm – Pre Dinner Drinks served in The Eastgate
From 5.30pm - Dinner served, please contact the Events Coordinator for your preferred time slot
From 9.00pm - The disco will commence and let the dancing begin!
12 Midnight – Disco ends
1.00am - Bar closes non-residents, 24 Hours for residents of the hotel
1.15am – Time to say goodbye?

STARTERS
* Carrot and ginger soup, herb croutons
* Prawn and crayfish salad, tomato and mango salsa
* Chicken liver parfait, plum chutney and toasted focaccia bread
* Celeriac and asparagus salad, Iberico ham, crisp endive salad, mustard dressing
MAINS
* Roast local breast of turkey, chestnut stuffing, bacon rolls, crisp roast potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables
* Braised blade of beef, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes, served in a rich burgundy sauce with creamy mash
*Roast breast of corn fed chicken, Dauphinoise potatoes, buttered French beans and Madeira sauce
* Pan fried supreme of salmon, buttered samphire, roasted new potatoes, served with a light cream of Vermouth sauce
* Braised beetroot and goats cheese tart, red onion marmalade, rocket and parmesan salad
