* Sunday to Wednesday's £30.00 per person
* Thursday to Saturday's £35.00 per person

Eastgate Suite - Before 7.00pm
Format of the Evening
From 5.00pm – Pre Dinner Drinks served in The Eastgate
From 5.30pm - Dinner served, please contact the Events Coordinator for your preferred time slot
From 9.00pm - The disco will commence and let the dancing begin!
12 Midnight – Disco ends
1.00am - Bar closes non-residents, 24 Hours for residents of the hotel
1.15am – Time to say goodbye?

STARTERS
* Sweetcorn Chowder
* Hot smoked salmon, horseradish creme faiche
* Chicken Liver parfait, red onion marmalade, toasted baguette
* Goats cheese croussilant, tomato chutney, crisp french bean salad

* Braised beef bourgignon, bacon lardons, button mushrooms, parsnip mash
* Roasted breast of Lincolnshire turkey, sage onion and chestnut stuffing, bacon rolls, cranberry sauce
* Slow roasted belly pork, sweet heart cabbage, apple sauce, fondant potato.
* Poached loin of cod, samphire, creamy mushroom and vermouth sauce
* Baked aubergine, slow roasted mediteranean vegetables, tomato and basil sauce
