Yarborough

Located on the first floor of the hotel, within the Bailgate wing, this room is part of Lincoln City’s history. A sympathetic approach has been given to the décor to ensure the room maintains its traditional style.

This room is often referred to as the ‘Tank Room’, as it was here in September 1915 that the idea of military tanks was conceived by Sir William Tritton and Major W G Wilson. The first 200 tanks ever made were designed and built in Lincoln.

The Yarborough is ideal for a corporate boardroom for up to 12 people
