Terms of Use

ROOM RATES
Room rates listed are on a per room per night bases. On either a Room Only bases, Bed and Breakfast bases or a Dinner Bed and Breakfast bases as indicated. All rates are inclusive of V A T at the present rate of 20%.

CHILDRENS RATES
Children under the age of 15 stay free when sharing a double room with two adults or a single room with one adult.
Children in their own accommodation have to pay 75% of the adult rate which can be a room only rate or one of the leisure break rates.
Children sharing their parents room are charged for meals as taken, either from the childrenís menu or at half price from the normal menu.
We do not have family rooms, we have rooms, which contain sofa beds or can have extra beds or cots put in them.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS
To confirm your reservation a credit card or debit card number will be required at the time of booking. Full payment for your accommodation is payable on departure at the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your reservation you must contact the reservations department by 11.00 on the day prior to arrival. Cancellation after this time will incure charge.

CHECK IN
Check in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check out and early arrivals will only be accommodated if rooms are available. If an early arrival is required you will be charged for accommodation for the night prior.

PACKAGES
Prices for packages are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room for the stated number of nights

SUPPLEMENT
To upgrade your room type a supplement may apply and will be based on per room per night increase.

LIABILITIES
Please safeguard your property. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons unless caused by the Companyís negligence. Unless the Company is liable as referred to you will indemnify the Company from and against any and all liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons and against any and all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from as a result of the event. You are advised to consider your insurance cover in respect of above.

GENERAL
Goods and services may not be bought or sold on the premises without the hotel Managerís prior written consent in which case additional terms and conditions will apply which you must sign.
No tickets whatsoever may be sold at the event.
The hotel name, logo and telephone number may not be used in any advertising or other publicity without prior written consent of the Hotel Manager.
No signs, display posters or other materiel may be fixed to the walls of any part of the Hotel, without the prior authorisation of the hotel Manager.
If the contract includes youíre employing the services of an outside contractor then you will indemnify the hotel against any loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons caused by such contractor and against all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from. Any outside contractor employed by you must report to the duty Manager at the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse access to any contractor in appropriate circumstances.
All events are advised to take insurance cover. Photography; the Hotel reserves the right to Photograph any part of your event for the purpose of advertising the Hotel or Hotel Facilities.
The Hotel also reserves the right to Limit areas of the Hotel which may be used for Photography.

PET POLICY
Our Hotel does accept pets at a charge of £10.
