Our historic hotel offers a fabulous setting for your wedding. We have years of experience and our extensive range of rooms means that we can offer a bespoke environment for a truly memorable day.
We cater for intimate, family affairs and can also host larger functions with live music, banquet dinners and buffets. With its historical ambiance and contemporary styling, we believe we offer a unique venue, tailored to your dream wedding.
The White Hart Hotel has its own car park, which is primarily for hotel residents. No Wedding Guests can park unless they are staying in the hotel.

Our £4000 package includes a 3 course wedding breakfast for 50 people with tea, coffee & mints, an arrival drink, 1/2 bottle of house wine per person during the wedding breakfast, a glass of sparkling wine for toast, an evening buffet for 100 people, an evening disco, flowers for Top Table and other tables, chair covers, The Ceremony Hire, and the Bridal Suite for 1 night. Wedding Open Day Sunday 3rd October 11am - 4pm. Meet our Wedding Manager, our Suppliers and take a tour of the Hotel including bedrooms and function rooms.
King Richard Suite The King Richard Suite is housed within the Historic part of the hotel and underwent a refurbishment in early 2008. This is the hotel’s largest venue and is an ideal wedding reception suite, can seat up to 100 people 
The Eastgate This venue was originally a court yard and, in more recent years, people will remember it as The Orangery. In early 2008 this venue underwent a complete refurbishment has and was also extended to provide a stunning, light-filled space.
Pink Lounge The Pink lounge is housed on the first floor of the hotel with a prominate location overlooking both Bailgate and Eastgate. The Pink Lounge is licensed for Civil Partnerships and Civil Weddings for up to 50 people and a wedding reception for up to 40 people-
Perfect Location The White Hart Hotel is nestled in the heart of the Historic Quarter of Lincoln. The Hotel has 600-years of History and is situated between Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle, both of which are over 900 years old.

Ceremonies & Receptions The White Hart Hotel has 2 venues, which are licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships. The Pink Lounge can accommodate up to 50 people and The Eastgate up to 100 people.
