The White Hart Hotel is an ideal location to have your corporate conference, social function, private dinner or event. The Hotel has 5 diverse meeting, function and private dining spaces in addition to other public areas, including our Room Bar and Grille - Restaurant & Bar. The hotel can cater for as little as two people for a private meeting and up to 140 for a conference.

Located on the first floor of the hotel, within the Bailgate wing, this room is part of Lincoln City’s history. A sympathetic approach has been given to the décor to ensure the room maintains its traditional style.
The title ‘Tank Room’ originates from September 1915 when the idea of military tanks was conceived by Sir William Tritton and Major W G Wilson. The first 200 tanks ever made were designed and built in Lincoln.
The Tank room is ideal for a corporate boardroom for up to 10 people.
The largest of our function spaces in the hotel is the King Richard Suite. This room was renovated in early 2008 and can accommodate dinners for up to 100 or ‘theatre style’ conferences for up to 140.
The Suite is full air-conditioned and has its own built-in PA system with full black-out facilities. The Suite has maintained many of the historic character features of the past, with some contemporary finishes.
The Eastgate underwent a major renovation in early 2008 and replaces the old Orangery.
This room has its own private entrance on Eastgate, along with its own cloakroom, easy access to toilets and its own bar facility. The room is fully air-conditioned and has its own PA system.
This room is adjacent to the King Richard Suite and can be used either in conjunction with the King Richard Suite or as a separate function space.
The Bailgate Suite is located on the first floor of the hotel.
This room can be used for a private function for lunch or dinner for up to 40 people or as a flexible conference and meeting space for up to 50 people.
The Wellington Room is the restaurant's private dining room, located on the ground floor and is the most contemporary of the hotels private dining spaces.
The Wellington Room is an ideal location for a private dinner for up to 12 people and looks out onto the Historic Bailgate area.
